Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and handling. I endeavour to post orders in a timely fashion, but I am just one guy behind it all. If I have upcoming conventions / market events, processing times may take longer. There may also be significant delays in shipping times depending on COVID-19 outbreaks and holiday periods.
If your order is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address, customs fees or region-specific regulations etc., I am unable to provide a refund, nor reimburse any extraneous fees in these cases. If an order is returned to me as a result of customer error, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for reshipment.
Furthermore, I do not offer refunds or reshipment for any orders going missing or lost using the Untracked Letter Mail service. Please use this shipping service at your own discretion.
Unfortunately, I have no control over any orders once they have been fulfilled and dropped off at the postal service, and cannot replace nor refund your order in the event that it becomes lost or missing. However, I will look into the matter to the best of my ability, and file any relevant claims.
Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of my store's location, I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please choose carefully before purchasing. I appreciate your understanding in that I am just one person running a small business!
If the items you have received are damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item with photos and your order number in the subject line. This will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, but I will endeavour to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Colours may differ between your screen and the final product; and as such, I will not accept return or exchange requests made on this basis.
