Hello and welcome! If you have any questions that aren't covered here, you can reach out to me using the contact form, or email me. I don't always see comments on social media, and I don't check direct messages. Emailing is the most reliable way to contact me.
I try to write thank you messages if I have the time - if your order is a gift or if your name doesn't match the shipping addressee, feel free to let me know in the checkout notes.
Please note: Please keep all products and packaging away from small children and pets, as they can be a choking hazard. My products are made for collectors who are 15 years of age and up, and should not be given to children.
Q. Where is this store located?
I am based in Sydney, Australia and ship all orders from here! Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and handling, and allow ample time for shipping especially if buying as a gift.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! My store supports shipping to most regions of the world - subject to changes based on Australia Post's coverage. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
I currently do not ship to the UK, or to the European Union. Unfortunately I cannot ship to Germany on any storefront. I have some of my products available on my dedicated Etsy store for UK and EU orders, which can be found here! Feel free to contact me if you see something that isn't available over there.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic (Australia): 1 - 2 business weeks from the shipment date.
International: 2 - 4 business weeks from the shipment date, depending on your country / region. Please contact me if your tracking has not updated after 8 weeks from the shipment date.
Shipment times may fluctuate due to postal delays. Preorder items will be shipped according to the schedule outlined in the item description.
Q. How can I track my order?
All orders are dispatched through Australia Post. Orders dispatched through "Standard Tracked Parcel via Australia Post" come with a tracking number which can be tracked through their website. Untracked Letter Mail will be delivered according to your postal service's schedule, and cannot be tracked.
Q. Standard Parcel vs Untracked Letter Mail?
Standard Tracked Parcel - Tracked parcel option sent via Australia Post for all item types.
Untracked Letter Mail - Letter "snail mail" for stickers ONLY. The delivery time and arrival will vary by region and will be beyond my control after I post it out. I only recommend this for people ordering 1-2 stickers, as a budget option. Please keep in mind that I do not offer refunds or reshipment for any orders going missing or lost using this service.
If any orders using the "Untracked Letter Mail" service contain items that are not stickers, I will cancel and refund the entire order.
Q. How do Preorder Items work?
All items that are labeled "Preorder" will be shipped according to the schedule outlined in the item description, so please read it carefully before ordering.
Orders with preorder items may take up to several months to ship out. If you want any in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order. Otherwise, any additional items purchased in the same the order will be shipped together with the preorder(s) once all the items are ready.
Q. Why are your shipping prices kinda high?
Unfortunately, living in Australia means shipping rates are higher than what most people are used to - please understand that I am doing my best in keeping these prices as low as possible, while also providing a reliable service.
I only offer tracked shipping options right now for peace of mind. I am offering the Untracked Letter Mail service as a budget option for people who only want a few stickers, and I may discontinue it in the future if too many orders end up lost in the mail.
I heavily encourage making group orders with your friends to split shipping. Thank you for your understanding!
